In this episode, I'm sharing my own story of how I came to motherhood. You'll hear the #1 fear I had about having children, and the mindset shift that helped me surrender into the role. I also share about my process of choosing a midwife, anxiety in the first trimester, my wild birth story, breastfeeding challenges, and the postpartum experience.
